Yet, a vast number of students, especially in rural areas, still face an uphill battle when it comes to quality learning. According to reports, over 70% of students in government schools lack access to basic science labs, digital tools, or interactive learning experiences.
While urban students benefit from private tuition, smart classrooms, and extracurricular exposure, their rural counterparts often learn science through blackboard diagrams and outdated textbooks. The result? A widening gap in understanding, confidence, and future opportunities.

The Mission of Sare Tare Zameen Par Trust
Spark of Curiosity is the flagship initiative of Sare Tare Zameen Par Trust, a non-profit committed to transforming science education in India’s underserved regions. Through this initiative, we bring real-world science experiences directly to government and low-income schools using four core learning models:
- Experiential Learning – Science kits, hands-on experiments, and STEM workshops.
- Immersive Learning – Mobile planetariums and virtual reality journeys through space.
- Inspirational Learning – Scientist talks, career mentorship, and exposure to role models.
- Edutainment Learning – Curriculum-aligned activities rooted in school textbooks and NEP guidelines.
